NEXT SPECIAL QUARTERLY OFFERING:
On September 7th, you will have an opportunity to partner with our very own T.A.C.O. Ministry (Taking Action to Care for Others) by giving to our Special Quarterly Offering. Please be praying about how you can help.
NEW ADULT BIBLE STUDY:
Sunday morning Bible Study discussing the roles and characteristics of a Shepherd. Class begins at 8:45.
BACK TO SCHOOL SUPPLIES:
This is the last day to officially bring school supplies for Some Other Place's Back to School Program. If you missed out, please bring them next week. We thank those of you who helped a disadvantaged child with new supplies.
WINGS (Women in God's Service) will begin meeting on Wednesday, September 10th at 10:00 am. They will be studying the Book of Mark.
If you have any additional questions, please feel free to Contact Us.
SOME OTHER PLACE:
Thank you to each one of you who helped at The 12th Annual Tasting on August 19th. Christ Covenant was in charge of the Coca-Cola booth and although it was quite busy at times, we all had great fun! We are thankful that Christ Covenant volunteers were able to help with this local ministry.
UPCOMING FAMILY BREAKFAST:
Our next Family Breakfast will be Sunday, September 7th from 9:00-9:45 am. Terrie Richardson and team will be preparing a delicious breakfast so set your clocks a bit early and enjoy some great tasting food and a time of gathering before Worship.
With students returning to school, drivers need to be more aware of increased child pedestrian activity and traffic congestion in and around neighborhoods and school zones. Let's keep our kids, teachers and school administrators in our prayers as the new school year begins.
While most are aware of our new email address, some are still using the old address. We can no longer access that address, so PLEASE send your emails to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The office will be closed on Monday, September 1st in observance of Labor Day.
